Duck was amazing. A pleasure to deal with. Got us the car we wanted at great price! The finance department was a total nightmare. High pressure sales of extended warranties and they hiked the finance rate more than what was discussed. They had us waiting 3 hrs to get into the finance dept. So they take advantage of you after you're mentally exhausted. I think his name was Jose.

He was intentionally misleading and dishonest resulting in me paying $300 for something he knew I didn't want to pay for. I buy cars every couple of years and I will not do business when them ever.

Lots of lies and xx blowed up are as” . I don’t think they know what they are doing. They told us our vehicle was fixed and it broke down that night. Another thousand and two weeks later, we were told it’s fixed and after a test drive it wasn’t fixed. They just make up xx as they go along because they are clueless.Here we are 5,000 dollars later. My recent visit was a very good one. Amy Shook was extremely helpful dealing with an aftermarket warranty company. She kept me informed of the progress and explained everything in a concise and friendly manner. I highly recommend her and will bring my Jeep back to her for service.
Wonderful experience. I drove 1,000 miles (from Upstate NY) because the deal was so good. Management (Jose) and sales (Smiley) made the deal run smoothly. I took a major hit on my trade-in, but I checked their website to see what they listed it at for resale and they are barely making a profit. So I blame the market for that, not the dealership. Highly recommend.

Poor communication. Service department communicates poorly and only seems interested in coming up with excuses as opposed to doing actual repairs. Find another dealership for warranty work, they clearly don’t want to be bothered with it at Woodstock CDJR.

It was great after we connected . I do have a concern . I am to get a refund of 200.00 which I have not received. So I would say that causes me concern as I did as I was supposed to do and expect the same courtesy in return .
I purchased a 2022 Ram Power Wagon from CDJR of Woodstock. Lara was great as she made everything so easy for me and followed up and followed through with my request. Our 2023 Chrysler Pacifica needs warranty work but the dealership cannot effectively diagnose the issue. I’m not sure if it’s incompetence or laziness but we’ve had in in twice for a total of about 10 days and they essentially refuse to even diagnose the problem. Very frustrating.
We are very pleased with our purchase, and we want to share that Lara helped us and she is amazing. She is patient, she explained us everything in details, she make sure that we were happy. And after a week I texted her with a couple questions and she did everything to help me. I will definitely refer her and CDJR to our friends.

The sales team and finance team was wonderful, however the detail team did a horrible job on clean my car after the purchase. I know I didn’t purchase a Jeep or Chrysler, but the Honda I purchased was very nice. The interior was not cleaned at all. Once I got the car home I noticed a pair of glasses left on the side of the passenger seat. Stains on the head board, seats (front & back) and the seat belts were dirty too.
I want to truly thank them for the ease of buying my charger! I love my car 🥰🥰🥰
