I’m not from around the area, but I do travel a lot. The day I came in, Grady approached me and asked me was I looking for anything in particular. I told him I was just browsing for now and that I’d be looking to purchase something in the next few months. The service was excellent, the first person who attended to me did not speak Spanish or Portuguese, my native language, as I was having difficulty understanding. They change sales representative who spoke two other languages in addition to English, which helped a lot. Everyone was wonderful, from management to the entire sales team. First off,Man dealing with Duck was great. Super good guy, understands his customers needs and works with you in a non pushy salesman type way. This is the second car I have bought from this dealership and highly recommend them. Secondly there was a freeze 3 days after I purchased my new car and the rear taillight froze over on the inside of the housing. They were quick to have me come in and replaced everything with new parts. No hassle, no questions asked. Like I said previously just a great experience dealing with them over all!

Although the used Mustang Mach-E wasn't one of the cars they sell new, they were able to explain the car well, and gave me a good deal on the 2022 all-electric Mustang. I certainly recommend this dealer, and Don Zorn in particular.
Update: Woodstock CDJR contacted me within 2 days of posting this review. They worked it out so that the original agreement was honored. I received an apology from the sales guy which was kind and I choose to believe he meant it. According to Bob the Key Guy, the sales guy is really a good guy. The sales guy had Bob the Key Guy meet me at my son’s house. Bob was very nice and friendly. He had some issues getting the key to program correctly but I do have a spare key now. I had taken my Jeep to another dealership in the area and they had it for 2 1/2 weeks and after I picked it up the same issue kept happening and I could not get anyone at that dealership to call me back. I called Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Woodstock and they got me in the next day and had my Jeep for 5 days and so far fixed the issue. I will be taking my Jeep and Dodge here from now on.

The Service Dept is excellent. They keep me update with all service needs & recalls. Very nice waiting room. Friendly staff too. Everyone makes eye contact even when saying hi. Other dealership (E.V.) either do not return vehicles without forgetting to put parts back in or are very pushy and try to upsell everything such as replacing a fuel filter on an electric vehicle. CDJR of Woodstock is great for Service & i'm here to stay.
